This store is incredibly unhelpful at helping you buy a custom paint color. I had to use the team in the east bay to dial in a color then when I placed the order instead of getting a phone call to tell me they don’t carry the paint I ordered on their web-site they sent me an email saying my order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the paint and I would be charged for it. While of course I wont be charged for it the service and capabilities of the staff at the store is below anything I have experienced with Sherwin-Williams so I recommend shopping anywhere else.
