I purchased paint at the store in Glendale, California. It was quite busy. However, the store was well-lit, clean and comfortable. The sales reps I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable.I returned to the store to pick up my purchase (it took time to prepare the paints). There were a number of people in line. However, the sales rep recognized me, took care of me immediately, and helped me load the paints and supplies into my car.
