I went earlier today (1/2/21) to get a certain paint that I was told was at this location, but they didn’t have it. I was the only customer in the store. Josh was the only employee at the time and he started off being helpful by offering to make a close alternative, but after I asked two questions regarding the paint, he said, I can sense we’re going to over-complicate things, so I’m just going to tell you which store has it.I thought I was supposed to get staff who help customers know their products instead of hoping they just go with whatever they suggest and head out the door as quickly as possible.Two stars because he offered to make an alternative and actually told me which location carried the paint I was looking for, but overall Josh is not who Sherwin-Williams wants representing them.
