I would like to start by saying the experience that my parents first had as well as myself with this particular store was exemplary. The product is better than any paint I have ever used and the initial service was fantastic. On top of that my parents were able to secure a 40% deal and was told it would be honored for the length of the project. However, upon our return we were told by a very polite young lady that she could not honor the 40% off being that we did not have the initial offer in writing which was denied by the originator of the deal when prompted by my mother saying it was unnecessary and will be in the computer. Being that my mother was the original deal maker, I left the store not being given the 40% off and I asked my mother to return to secure the deal with who she originally dealt with. Several days later my mother received a call from Micheal stating that the order was ready and needed to be picked up. When my mother asked if the 40% off would be applied, she was told that they do not honor those deals any more. If this was the extent of it I would not be writing this review I would just not give them my business. Unfortunately, Michael became very rude and belligerent with my mother and insisted that she come and pay the higher price. I do not know if it is because she is elderly, a woman or some other reason but I do believe he was trying to bully and take advantage of her. After the conversation she was left distraught, emotionally drained, and visibly shaken. I personally would not do business with any company that is OK with this behavior from one of their employees. I thought it was important to write this review.

Charity in the Buena Park store on Lincoln Boulevard, did such a great job on getting my paint mixed in an expedited fashion. She also helped me get my paint to the car, since I’m a heart patient and cannot lift. Really appreciated her!
