Horrible experience, April 25th 2021 10am in the morning . The lady at the front desk didn’t want to help when I asked what I wanted to paint she told go to where they have the samples and look which one I want…never again…go to Lowe’s or similar people want to help and work.That lady didn’t want to work, hire somebody willing to work please or you are going to loose costumers even your great products.

Went in to the store on Garth Rd. saw they had 30% off and decided to buy 5 gallons of interior paint. The whole time the cashier is talking to another person (a customer I think). I overheard him say he hated when customers complain and he will not deal with it. It was then I decided I would find my own color and sheen because he made it clear customer service is not important to him. I went to pay and the paint came up regular price so I asked about the promotion. He was unaware so he went to go check and then changed all the sale price tabs from the floor and said that sale has already ended. I asked him to honor the price I posted when I picked out my paint and he refused saying that sale has ended and he was not going to honor it. He claimed to be the manager even though he didn’t even know about the sale or keep up with removing promotion signs. Definitely lost a customer.
