This nice looking store is tucked away at the very end of a large shopping center that I go to frequently over very many years. I never even knew this paint store is there. To begin with, the Google directions were quite confusing because of its location in a shopping center, off the beaten path and away from the main road.I went there specifically to get 10 paint chips that I had seen on their website and for which I had the color numbers. There was no other customer in the store. Finding the chips in a very large display that is separated into sections, where there is no sequential order to the numbers, was very tedious and aggravating. It would be much easier to find what I needed if the chips were in numerical order or if it must be in different color families or by mixes of coordinating colors or paint type, then at least have a way to look up the number and to know what section the chip is in.Furthermore, although the sales associate knew I came into the store, 45 minutes went by, and he never came over to see if I needed help. When I gave up trying to find a particular color chip, I finally went to him myself at the counter to get help. There he looked up the number on the computer and then went to the appropriate color section to try and find it ( there is no numerical order even in the sections) which he did, but for him too, it wasn’t right away.
