The in store associate, Cole Parris, was an absolute delight to engage with during my recent visit to work on colors for my new home. Everything in the retail space was so nicely organized and the options for types of paint are truly impressive — and that’s coming from someone who paints almost everything she gets her hands on…walls, furniture, objects, and sometimes even canvases. 🙂 Thank you Cole and thank you Sherwin-Williams for keeping your specialty service running in such an accessible and customer-friendly way…on behalf of all the paint lovers out here.

I went here for a quarter can of red paint, the young guy I spoke with says I would have to buy the whole gallon, with some excuse because of the color of the paint I can only get it in a gallon, I’m very good at reading people and I knew he was lying, and I also knew this was bull, so I left, and found another Sherwin-Williams that gave me the same red quarter can paint with no problems. I was tempted to ask the guy/employee to speak to his supervisor because I knew it was bull, but just left it alone and went elsewhere. I will never go back to the Sherwin and Williams store at 233 cross Bronx expressway. Bad service.
