It took them a long time to get fabric in. When they delivered my recliner, the whole mechanism was not right. They came over, took recliner back to correct problem. WaitedSeveral more weeks. Delivered again, mechanism was still not operating properly. They even took chair apart to try and find problem in my living room floor! They again couldn’t make the chair right.Told me he was going back and talk to Sherry about chair and would be back the next day. That has been over a year ago. They talk a good talk, but they don’t deliver a quality recovered recliner! Would not recommend this company!!!
