Shelly’s Deli is the best in Hyde Park BY FAR! Always delicious, fast service, and they remember my name. The reason I’m leaving this review… their customer service is the best. I placed an order online. I picked it up and left; in the car, almost back to work, I noticed there was roast beef instead of turkey. Back at work, I called and explained. Immediately Shelly offered to credit me for the sandwich. I was satisfied with this, but then she also offered to make me the correct one and DELIVER IT TO ME! Most other delis – even restaurants – wouldn’t bother to go this far to make right a mistake. Shelley’s Deli is the best!! Thank you guys for your great sandwiches and integrity!
