BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!My Mom, who is a senior citizen, took her car here for a simple smog check and brake & light inspection to renew her tags. The women treated her nice and kind, but were simply buttering her up to take advantage of her & hit her in her pocket book.First, they charged $200 for a Smog Check and brake & light inspection. They failed her car & told her to drive it around a bit & bring it right back & pay another $200 for another inspection.Second, they gave her a verbal estimate of $1,000 of unnecessary repairs and stated that these repairs were necessary for her to pass the smog check, and the brake & light inspection. When she came home and told me, I contacted them and they instantly increased the price from $1,000 to $2,000.We went to another local facility and paid under $100 for service. The DMV inspected her vehicle and issued the vehicle’s tags immediately.Avoid the lies, rip-off, and stress. Go somewhere else!

Absolutely ripoff. Very dishonest and fraud. I took my car for repairs over 15 times. every time, there was something new but not that they fixed before. do not trust these people. car is worth $3500 but i end up paying them over $5000

This place seems legit at first glance but don’t be fooled all those nice smiles are going to cost you big time.. they initially quoted me $360 to replace two motor mounts on my buick park avenue and said it would be done by 5pm but it wasn’t till the next day they called and said they replaced one motor mount but couldn’t get the except from the dealer and it was going to cost me another $300 for the other mount coz it was hydrolic which is nothing unusual but $300 more ! So I told them just close it up and I’ll come pick it up, So when I get there they showed one old mount they replaced, then quickly whisked me into the cashier to pay for what I thought was going to be $350 or close to that price since they had only replaced one motor mount… But to my shock and surprise they charged me $630. To replace one motor mount on the left front, I was flabbergasted they changed me twice as much as the original estimate but only did half the job.I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy, that place is a ridiculous excuse for an auto shop they are just stealing your hard earned money and holding your car hostage. Believe me it may seem nice but you are 50.00 a minute for those fake smiles, what a rip off…. !!!!
