I live in town and use the convenience store from time to time but NEVER purchase gas. It’s amazing they can charge $4.00 a gallon with a straight face. The people behind the counter (there’s a man and a woman, possibly married?) I don’t know their names but they appear to be inconvenienced by your presence. They don’t make eye contact or even acknowledge your presence. You can go through an entire transaction with them in complete silence. They also won’t open the drawer if you happen to have winning scratch off tickets. Happy to sell them to you though. They absolutely suck.
