15 years of robbery. I have lived in Sheffield city limits and when I did my bill was 3-450 always higher than my mortgage. In a 1200 square ft home. Then I moved to county and I seen it drop in a 2000+ with shop lights and more running all the time to a average of 150.00 and then I sold that home and moved 2 blocks away to a home that is 690 square ft. And my bill is 200.00I hate the way this but you don’t have to show your guns. It’s the fact that you are robbing the public. Only because of no competitors. But your day is coming once people realize solar and other ways and those who decide to stop allowing those will stand up and ask about the bills in depth. Maybe you will realize you need us and we don’t need you.

The worst exp I’ve had with any power company I’ve used.Paid deposit and waited 24 hours to call when the power was still not on , just asked when it was going to get cut on ,she was so smart with me they’ll get get to it when they get to it so smart and I asked politely. They need something to reign them in on how to treat a customer.Don’t ask them a legit question they can care less
