Used this place to send flowers in Santa Cruz, CA for the first time and was not disappointed. The arrangement was gorgeous and delivered super fast. The staff who I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. I ordered the Shay’s Flowers & Gifts choice’ in specific colors and they nailed it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Don’t go here. The male owner presents as a nice guy but he is deceitful and charges too much. I spent the time walking into the establishment to hand select an arrangement for my beau’s birthday who works across the street from the flower shop. I discuss what I wanted with the owner and specifically ordered EIGHT Dahlia’s and what was delivered was a FOUR Dahlia’s and 4 carnations and other fillers I also did not request. The charge and delivery fee ( to walk 10 feet across the street) was outrageous. While the selections are nice, it is not an honest business.
