**UPDATE** about 3 hours later I received a call from Shaw and Boehler telling me they wanted to make things right that they were sending another arrangement free of charge to my mother. I thanked them. The second free arrangement was so much more like what I ordered for her and was very happy with it. But low and behold it was full of white and pink roses and flowers, the very pink roses they said they didnt have. If only they had reached out to me about this or had just done this arrangement in the first place there would not have been a problem. I do appreciate that they eventually made it right. Shaw and Boehler you need to work with your customers when you cant make what they order rather than make something they will not be happy with that is why you take their phone number isnt it, you will have happier customers.Ordered a very special $75 arrangement for my mother yesterday that were delivered to her today. Tomorrow is not only Mothers Day but it would also have been my fathers(passed away in 2018) 78th birthday and their 57th wedding anniversary. I chose the arrangement to be very special for her for her anniversary as it is a very, very hard and sad day for her, and sent with a special message from my father. I called them to tell them that I was very upset with this purchase that the arrangement LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED FOR $75!!!!!! They used the excuse they had NO pink roses. The way I see it you need to call the customer, which is why you ask for a telephone number, and work WITH them to make an arrangement they would accept or even choose another color theme. Never again will I purchase from here. $75 it should look like what you pay for or at least as close as possible!!
