When I went to place my order along with three others. The cashier was very nice and respectful. The seat I went to sit at wasn’t cleaned yet. I told one of the woman that worked there. She was very nice when I asked her if she can clean the table. All in all the workers at Shake Shack were very pleasant.

I am not impressed with the trash that Shake Shack leaves infront of their store and adjacent drain. The team does not care to clean up after any trash and food remnants left after sanitation pick up leaving the area looking dirty and disgusting. SHAKE SHACK you can do better at taking care of the community you do business in.

It’s Shake Shack so it’s naturally good. It goes without saying that they make an excellent burger. This location is convenient to where I work and easy to walk to or access by subway. Staff is always friendly and professional. There is abundant seating in what is a spacious and smartly designed space.
