Poor customer service. The owner was very rude when I asked about a rental bike. Also said I “wouldn’t be able to afford” any of the bikes for sale. I wish he did not have a monopoly on the bike rental business in Seward because I definitely will not be recommending his service to anyone.

Excellent service! Wish he had a shop in Fairbanks. Polite and friendly. Changed a bald tire and added two kick stands for my girls bikes when we were visiting Seward at a fraction of the price of REI. Sadly I learned the gentleman (Ron) is selling as he enjoys more bike riding in his retirement… but will work part time for the new (pending) owner. What a great experience while vacationing in Seward.
