Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful personnel. I dropped off my sewing machine for repair and servicing and will pick it up when they call me upon completion. They expect a 1 month turn-around time, because they have so many machines being serviced right now. I think that’s a good thing. I’ll update after I pick up my machine.The store has lots of fabric, notions and machines…Bernina, Elna, and others. Lots of notions and books.It looks like a great place for quilters and I saw a long arm there as well.A great place for sewers to shop!

Beautiful sewing shop, fabrics are gorgeous, organized and well laid out, staff was kind and helpful and sweet. Only rating less 1 star because they didn’t have hand embroidery items which is what I was looking for- ONLY machine sewing things.
