Seven Seas gets 5+ stars from me, I’m new to the hobby and David and Travis have been nothing but helpful , anytime I have question or concerned are there for me I even have personal numbers (had to use a couple of times). they took the time to walk me through my situation. I you are new to the tank world or trying to find a good shop this is the place. Thanks for all of your help.

Worst customer service. Their tanks are gross and corals look unhealthy. They never have fish and when they do they are sickly looking. The owner is rude. The guys there running the store is even worst. Do not shop here. Dude with the stretched ears…… instead of schooling people on reefing, you should clean the tanks and take care of them before you try and run information to people. Practice what you preach. We tried to give them our business and did at first because you know we like to support our local small businesses. Not anymore! We buy all our fish from sea otters and have had zero casualties for months now. Every single fish from sea otters is still alive and thriving. Hey seven seas. Clean your tanks and stock fish and Coral you were so concerned on what us new reefer should and shouldn’t do, we got a vibe that it was because we were gay, and clearly you have an issue. You lost our business for sure. By the way you told us you’d send us to PetSmart to buy fish becasue you weren’t selling us any of your fish. Thanks for that. Your fish look like they’re holding on to dear life. Glad we found sea otters instead. Ask them how much we spend a week there. People coming into the hobby shouldn’t be discouraged and put down by a shop selling what they are collecting. Gay money is green money. Thanks. And good luck, it’s a pandemic and we are all at risk.

Recently got back into the hobby, shopped around and found this great place. Welcoming staff and customer-friendly atmosphere where the staff do not attempt to sell you unnecessary or inappropriate livestock and equipment. Being out of the hobby for a decade, I had a lot of questions. The team here has lots of experience they do not hesitate to share. Definitely recommend this great store.
