The sweetest girls work here! By the time you leave, you feel like you have new friends. Then, they remember who you are and who your children are the next time you pop in. The clothing is carefully curated and just stunning. I get asked where I got my outfit all of the time when I am wearing a serendipity piece. I’m hooked!

I made a purchase of 365.15 on 5/14/15 and was in a rush and told the sales associate that I would return an item if it did not fit. She was extremely nice and helpful. She said no need to keep your receipt we have your name to return an item , but I kept my receipt as a courtesy. My mom passed on May 22, my dad has since been in the hospital with congestive heart failure. The first chance that I had to return part of the items that did not fit was today, June 17, @ 3:40 pM. I tried to find other items. When I wen to the counter to let her know that I could not find anything she called the owner and the owner of the store said I had to take a store credit rather than credit my credit card. I told her to explain that my mom had passed to the owner shortly after my purchase is my reason for not returning the two items sooner . As the associate told the owner she said she said she said” her mom died” and smiled through out their conversation to her owner. They continued to issue me the stare credit unlike I was told when I made my purchase. I just thought all of you might like to know how I was treated where you could be cautious. I have shopped at this store several times before but never been treated like this and will never shop there again except to use my credit.
