Wow. The service and selection are not professional by any means of the word. Subpar selection. Subpar shopping experience. Ulta Beauty here I come. Extra star for the young lady who did care enough to give us a bag for the items we purchased at the salon. The salon doesn’t need your money badly enough to provide shopping bags anymore, apparently.

Blonde associate couldn’t be bothered enough to stop putting on lip gloss to help me in an empty store. Thanks for the useless advice. Oh! and for showing me some recommendations on the product you told me I could use … just kidding, you would’ve had to have moved away from the mirror you were two inches from to do that. Hellloooo Ulta.

Terrible Customer Service at this location… I walked in and asked if someone could assist me (about 2-3 weeks ago as it was right after PFDs were released) with a color match, from a slim blonde girl that was walking rather quickly. I could tell that she was busy as she almost ran over me(with no one else in the store except for a customer that was checking out with another store employee) however, without even looking at me as I asked, she acknowledged that she was too busy. I walked out without the large purchase I was ready to make in this store, disappointed that I couldn’t even get someone to help me with anything at this location. I went to the other location within the 5th, next to Michael Korrs and I got matched quickly (even though they were SLAMMED) and then ultimately purchased directly from the manufacturer since I still had a “bad taste” from the first experience… and I’m still disappointed enough to make a review of how annoyed I was with how the employee handled the situation in front of her… maybe she was not trained for the scenario she was put in and maybe she was and just didn’t care. But in either situation it was ridiculous. I will not be goong back to this location, so I’ll cross my fingers I don’t get the same treatment from the other so I can enjoy shopping there…
