Just went there today as soon as they opened. They had one person working there. There were three people including myself in the store and another customer had the only employee literally putting on a full face of makeup for a woman for an hour. That’s right, me and another woman waited an hour to even be acknowledged. I was patiently waiting to get help to find my shade of foundation. After waiting 40 mins I decided to just grab a foundation I thought would work and check out. I waited in the check out line for 10 mins. I ended up just leaving. I work customer service and that’s not how you handle a situation. It got so busy when I left, I’m sure me and the other woman waiting weren’t the only ones to leave. Please staff more people.
