Ok, first if all, the woman Giselle, and the entire staff, but definitely her, are amazing. I was apprehensive to come to this location because of what I read online, but the reviews couldn’t be more incorrect from my experience. I have been going through a lot, and I really needed help with everything. She (Giselle.) Spent two hours helping me. Now,I I’m not saying to expect this regularly, as my situation was definitely different than any normal persons. It was my first time in several years so I needed literally everything for full face. I wish I could have tipped her what her time was actually worth. Because I haven’t tried the foundation yet, which is the big one but she straight up NAILED my brows. I was about to shave them and use temporary eyebrow tattoos for the rest of my life. She was calm, inspiring, and reassuring. And so far everything she helped me pick is an exact match. Literally when I got home and saw myself with beautiful eyebrows that I did myself from the products, I almost cried. It’s the first time I’ve had my make up actually work for me and look good. Super compassionate. Super down to earth. They won’t try and sell you the most expensive thing, but they also won’t judge you by how you look and show you only low end stuff. They really try their best for what will work for YOU. Literally a perfect shopping experience. I just feel bad that I took so much of her time because my needs were so great. But she communicated so gently, and non offensively when she literally *had* to go to her next appointment. She worked within my budget with me, and I’m so excited to try everything. This place,and the people in it,are magic. Best Sephora experience hands down.
