I was at this Sephora (Fashin Valley) today looking a bit lost when Perla came over to us and offered her help, and I am so glad that she did! Perla was not only friendly but she was very helpful and so knowledgeable on a variety of different products. Perla was never pushy! It felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a salesperson trying to get me to just buy stuff. I felt so comfortable asking her questions that instead of buying one product, I was able to comfortably ask her about other products that I had only been thinking of. Today’s visit happily went from a $30.00 purchase to a $247.00 purchase and I don’t regret it one bit. My husband even bought a cologne that she helped him find after hearing what other colognes he wears. Give her a raise, she is great! Thank you so much Perla for all of your help today, can’t wait to start using everything!

Order online and pick up instore was quick. The only thing is they don’t open until 12pm on Sundays.

I was helped by Juan and he was AMAZING. I literally never leave reviews but he was so kind and walked me through every product he recommended! I have oily skin and he got my current routine and helped edit it to help detoxify my skin… I’m currently sitting with a mask he recommended from Sephora’s brand and I’m already in love! Get him a raise cuz he went above and beyond to help me quickly and have me leave more informed on skin care!
