I need start out by saying that Carlos, the assistant manager is a rockstar. He is so super knowledgeable and so ready to help you with any problem or any question you have. He’ll decisively find a product for your every need and will go to great detail as to why it will work for you and how, while still being quick so it’s not like you will be there all day. No wonder he’s the AM. I like that the store is never super crowded. They have a great selection in such a small space. It’s in the corner of the Promenade at Westlake Willage so you can drop by and hit several great spots at once. They have so much there. I will be back and I will chat with Carlos again because he is a wealth of knowledge.
