I chose this specific location because it is listed as okay for in-store shopping (it has been for some time & I have shopped in-store), yet I repeat there now is no in-store shopping here. Staff member very kindly, cheerfully informed me that if I tell them what I want, they will do the shopping for me. Instead, I walked over to the Sephora in JCPennys – located within this same mall – where I was able to complete my shopping there.
