When it comes to customers, they don’t care! Even when their products fails on you, they give you attitude. I say they are great at selling you a product but that’s it. If you want more friendly and helpful advice go to Ulta. The manager or maybe assistant manager (at this location) has the worst attitude and should record himself speaking to his clients, so he can have better understanding in the customers. Instead of sounding condescending and pushing the money away.
