I’ve shopped with this brand for years and had various levels of service. This time it I thought it would be smooth sailing since I went in to exchange 2 products. 1 was a straight across color of 1 brand for a different color of the same brand. The other was for 1 brand to another. Because they couldn’t verify the purchase of brand to brand I was initially refused. The other was more of a challenge since I rec’d a promo price and wanted the same promo. All the while this was taking place I was on the phone with their customer service and was told by the rep that they are separate from the building and have no control over the system. I don’t return very often and I left as goodwill gesture they accommodate me since I am one of their highest level customers, which means I spend at least $1000 in a calendar year. In the end the manager was able to complete the transaction and for that I am grateful.

There was so many nice people but at the counter I took the mask down for a second to drink some water caused I had walk a mile to the store and she looked at me and said put your mask back on I literally was swollening the water ,how rude as if I was dirty I felt I was treated badly by her she couldn’t even smile when she said put your mask back on but every one else was very nice very helpful especially the young lady with darker skin and long blonde hair she was very nice and helpful .
