I hate to leave bad reviews but I had such a horrible experience this weekend. I went in for a new serum and was pretty much harassed by a woman who didn’t wear her mask properly. I even made a comment to her (Beverly) about her mask hanging off her face with her nose expose – she just rolled her eyes and pushing Sundae Riley on me. She was so rude and kept interrupting me.I asked to speak to a manager. I waited 8 minutes and no one ever came over to me. Whatever.I usually shop at The Beverly Center and will continue to do go there. I am going to write a good review for them!
