When I first went in one of the employees greeted me. I showed her what I was planning to exchange and the item I wanted to get instead. I told her I had the receipt but it was the 30th day since I’d bought it. She said it would be no problem and was so nice overall. When I got to the register, the girl scanned my receipt and said it wouldn’t let her return it. It was the 30th day and their website states they can do a return between 31 and 60 days for store merchandise credit!

This is my ultimate favorite sephora store now!!! They have cover fx in store to swatch. It is huge and everything in stock. Zee did my complete makeover and i am innnnn love. She slayed my whole life and face. Free surface parking lot.

Went to the mall and I knew what I wanted just NOT which company had. I was greeted by Gabby. And she was AMAZING, EXTRAORDINARY, PHENOMENAL!!! Told her what I wanted and if too-faced had it. They didn’t have what I wanted BUT she found me a product I’m in LUV WITH!!! I’ve worked in customer service for 13 years. And she is just out of this world. She was ALSO the only one to greet me. SHES WELCOMING!!! SHE JUAT HAVE THAT ORA!!!
