This place is a total scam! Don’t fall for it! We are $16,000 in debt because of all their lies! They don’t tell you up front that there’s no refunds! They lied and said “No refunds” are posted all over their store and at the register. They make you sign a laptop that says there are no refunds and whatever you bought you agreed to.
We bought a $10,000 machine that we were told would help you lose weight. When we received it, no where did it say how to lose weight, only how to get rid of wrinkles, excema, cellulite, roscaia and the like. We had already bought two $5,000 hand wands that did this! When we got home to use them, the app. didn’t work. We called George (Jorge in Spanish), and he said “they’re working on it”. The guy we talked to was George Andrade, located in Carmel, CA, on Ocean Avenue.
Our bank can’t do anything cause they have a copy of our signature showing we signed to say no refund.
I filed complaints with the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission. If more people file with the Federal Trade Commission, we can perhaps get our money returned! So please do!
