All indoor self storage is the way to go for me, great job! Perfect storage solution in the desert climate. It’s safe and comfortable, away from the heat and cold and no pests or roof leaks too. I can enter 24/7 to load/unload and always feel safe. The staff is great and keeps it very clean. So much better than the old junky outdoor storage place I moved away from in Calexico. Very safe big parking space behind a locked gated area with code. But from 10 pm – 6 am could not have access which was ok with me but if you need 24 hour access could be problem. They also charged me twice for 1 day it was only $4.22 but now $8.43 I paid and signed everything to begin with picked my car the last day 6am no one is in office that time. I drove 150 miles away called them to let them know I’m out the lot thank you. They claimed I have to come to office sign paper and pay again. When I was originally told all is paid I’m good to go just pick it up feb 2nd and all’s good. I specifically asked to make sure I could drive out without having to do anything else . So they double charged me and claimed I was not supposed to drive my vehicle away without signing . After i was originally told I could. Very confusing. Luckily I had to come back to area a week later I showed them my paper work the women there did not want to admit they were wrong but I could see how her demeanor changed when she seen paper work and she knew they were wrong. But claimed will have to send all paper work to corporate office and they will make decision and contact me which now a week later still haven’t. I don’t care about the $4.22 but the hassle and making me feel I was in wrong when they were in wrong. I believe the only just compensation would be to refund me half of the stay about $50 or $55.00 and apologize for wronging me . I was gonna come and ask to stay another month but now after that I will not. I will go else where . Thank You.
