Limited selection, no ladders of any kind, no specialty mechanics tools, ,Limited answers about products they do have, , boxes of items not actually on the shelves, I had to step over and walk around other isles to get to what I wanted to look at, the owner/operator didn’t seem very motivated or helpful. Maybe it was a bad day but it wasn’t impressive.

Our washer went out and do to Covid, our local appliance stores were either closed or no to low inventory. We called Sears Hometown and they just got a shipment! To our astonishment, the friendly and courageous staff welcomed us and will deliver our new set the next day! They are truly what a small business is!
