I dropped our car off to jimmy at Scruggs and it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic! The quality of customer service is unmatched by any other place I’ve visited in the past, which is quite a few places! Super friendly and professional and extremely helpful and honest. Fair rates for all their work and they are very up front and honest about everything. No hidden fees or suggesting work to be done that really doesn’t need fixing, none of that shady stuff. Stand up guy with superior service and customer relations!! I most certainly have a dedicated mechanic now, I will never take our vehicles anywhere else! Upon initially bringing my vehicle there it was given a thorough inspection and all issues of the vehicle were photographed with an explanation for each problem. Then I was given an option on which maintenance I wanted performed all via text messages! They will from this point forward be my go to place for all future vehicle maintenance. They definitely go above and beyond!!!
