We stop here on our route from Dallas to Houston. The service is fast and accurate. The drink machines are stocked well. The buns are slightly thinner here than other Schlotzsky’s but they have a delightful crisp crust. Great sandwich! The restrooms are clean and we enjoy the young faces that work here in this college town.

Great Gluten Free options. I have recently become intolerant to gluten and It is a struggle to find places to eat out. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich on a gluten free bun and it was great. The guy who took my order said they would take great care to make sure my order was gluten free which is a big difference from other places where I have been laughed at. There seems to be a general misunderstand of how real the intolerance is and how sick gluten can make those like me. Thanks y’all for being sincere and compassionate and respectful and making me a good sandwich!
