My husband travels for work and Schlotzsky’s is usually somewhere we can always count on to go when we are in different places because we know we like it & what they have. However, we have given this location a chance twice and both times the service AND the food was horrific!! I have never been to a location this terrible. The food doesn’t even resemble the other locations and we order the same thing just about every time. Go somewhere else! Not worth it!!!

Took 30 min and it was stale and cold. There was about 8 people in there and all complaining of the same issues. Most of the order came out wrong the first time. Management or Owner needs to be there to straighten this out. Most I talked to won’t be back with the other restraunts opening up. Go somewhere else.
