My hubs and I have purchased pieces of furniture from here before, and I wanted a few new things to replace old. The customer service was non existent. When we told them about a leather chair we were interested in, instead of getting an escort to the floor, they just told us how to get there; climbing flights of very dusty stairs to get there and find our way through very crowded furniture. The three men working there were not motivated to help us, they just sat there and pointed out finishes hanging on the rack. The older gentleman seemed as though we were interfering with his Saturday morning sports page, and interrupted his crossword puzzle. So a few days later my hubs emailed them about the leather chair. We are still waiting for a response, however we did buy a beautiful leather chair.We found it at another furniture store that gave us the customer service we deserved.
