The Concord showroom is a 10 if you want to find inspiration for room designs. Great customer service, Alicia was super helpful. Delivery was smooth and they set up everything and were patient about placement. Really good quality goods for the money.

It was one of the fastest and simplest buying experiences in a long time. The family wanted a new/better support living room sofa. I explained my criteria and received a tour of the showroom floor.
