ONE day ago Scallions WAS one of our Saratoga favorites… until today. We were looking forward to a nice, chill early dinner in Saratoga. 1. The hostess was a little snotty when we didn’t have a reservation (even though it was 5:15 and there was ONE other couple at a table inside, and five empty tables outside. 2. Same woman seated us and gave us a sheet with their specials, and pointed to a QR code on the table and said the dinner menu is there. When I tried to open the QR code Google just inundated with advertising. I asked for a regular menu after giving up on the QR code. Her rude retort was that I could have just pulled menu up on their website. I stood up to let the bartender know that because of the servers attitude we would be leaving… I was putting my mask on as I approached the bar (our table was ten feet from the bar), and the bartender yelled at me to put my mask on. I have sung their praises in the past, but there are WAAAAAY too many great restaurants in Saratoga to treat a loyal patron (or anyone else for that matter) that way! Goodbye Scallions… We will no longer patronize your restaurant.

The staff is so kind and welcoming, they made our party of 8 feel like family. The servers go above and beyond and made our dinner a wonderful experience. The food has always been delicious every time I’ve eaten at Scallions. The Romesco Linguine on the dinner menu is my favorite!

Absolutely delicious food and wonderful customer service! They have indoor and outdoor seating available, and they take orders to go. They have very reasonable prices and a pretty decent menu. The establishment is very clean and sanitary as well as cozy and quaint. I will be back.
