I wanted to love this place, but their service was terrible. The installer refused to go out the work site because it was too “hot” interesting. Then, I got another installation date and time. Guess what ? He didn’t show up till 3 hours later. I called the business, Fred the manager made excuses for his workers.

It was the best sperience of my life they don’t only have carpets no they got lot more like statues and the floor is water proof. Like WHAT!!! You’ll should go there the employees are so nice and fun too.

Unacceptable. Bought a piece of carpet, more than 2 years old at a higher price than it was 2 years ago. They would not honor a return, repeat customer, under different ownership. Was forced to purchase because i have to match existing.
