You won’t find a better person than Sam to take care of your jewelry needs. He’s knowledgeable, honest, makes you feel comfortable, and clearly has a passion for his work. For anyone seeking a customized engagement ring, this is the place to go. Sam and Aida are incredibly knowledgeable about the entire ring making process from assisting with design to diamond selection. I flew from out of state specifically work with Sausalito Jewelers after speaking with Sam about their customization process. Even though I was not able to find the right diamond on my first visit, Aida was able to source the right stone for me overnight so that I could finalize the decision before flying out a couple of days later. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend.

I immediately was assisted by Jessica, who was so helpful and so passionate making it such an amazing first visit.Since then Jessica, Sam and the rest of the team worked with me to create the perfect engagement ring. Since I had such a good experience, I went back with my (at that point) fiance for our wedding bands as well.
