When you’re asking $215 for a pair of shoes they should be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and these aren’t it, my feet hurt for a week. Oh and since they were a gift, they will not accept them for return even with the original receipt -wasn’t offered store credit either! I was told I could try to call Customer Service but due to COVID you can only reach them M-F. I’m going to go ahead and say save your money and time for a more customer friendly, descent shoe store. BTW you are responsible for all shipping, even for returns.

My feet and I aren’t friends. I have wide little feet and finding shoes can be a pain. I heard SAS was the go-to place for shoes, when you have unique foot situation. Deborah was the sales associated that helped me. arrived when they opened at noon. I could tell she wasn’t exactly thrilled to be at work. I told her what I was looking for and she measured my foot and began to tell me which shoes she had in stock. I settled on a slip on that look like something my grandma would wear, but for comfort I would sacrifice style. At the price of $165 I was hoping these shoes would be worth the money and my feet wouldn’t feel so bad at the end of the day. The first day I wore them I could tell these were not going to work for me. The second day, my feet hurt more than they did wearing a normal shoe. I had to take them back, because at the price, the shoe should fit decently. I took them back today (Tuesday) after work. Deborah the same sales associate was working. She didn’t even remember me. Ok, I get it you work in retail but really how many people are coming for granny wide shoes? I told her my issues and instead of trying to find a solution she told me she give me the courtesy of refunding my money and do always break my shoes in at home. I would have been happy with trying to find a different shoe and exchanging them. But she acted like I was wasting her time. There was no one in the store. The service and experience was off putting.
