I had such a great experience with this SAS. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a shoe store since I was a kid. I have difficulty finding the right shoes due to an ankle surgery, torn hip and bad knee on one side and a Posterior Tibial Tendon damage on the other foot. I’ve gone through Merrell, ASICS, New Balance, Teva, Born and more shoes. Some worked great, some not.Kay must have pulled out 10 different pairs of shoes and actually sat in front of me, placing them on my feet to help determine if they would be the correct fit.I haven’t seen that since I used to go shopping with my aunt as a child. It was such a wonderful experience and I left with two pair of shoes that I can wear without pain. I am extremely grateful for the experience and will make this my shoe store from now on.
