I had the pleasure of getting my bariatric surgery done here. Before surgery I’ve had test and blood work, ect. done… every single person I’ve encountered was so kind and did they best they could be doing during a pandemic. After my surgery I stayed on D3 and the whole staff on that floor is incredible! Shout out to Nurses Sarah, Kathy, and Jen!! Not only are they literal angels. The three of them really made me feel so comfortable, and confident within myself. Thank you so much saratoga hospital for your wonderful staff I had the pleasure of meeting, working with and who taken the best care of me. They treated me with dignity, compassion and making me feel like I wasn’t just another body waiting to be discharged.

Well today is my last day here. The Nurses are the reason for the 5 ⭐ rating. All the nurses were spectacular. But a special shout-out to an amazing RN,and overall good person. Taylor Smith thank you so much. Your commitment to your patients Is a refreshing change from what I’m used to. I have nothing bad to say and everyone, including your coworkers think you’re something special. Again, you are appreciated. Although I didn’t change my 5 ⭐ rating ,you must know that I was wrong about Taylor Smith. On my last day when the Dr, came in to discharge me,I was still in a lot of pain,and didn’t feel I was ready to leave. Now I’m not one for hospital’s,but this time I just didn’t feel right. When I asked for a representative because I felt he was wrong,he said I already signed your discharge papers and you’re leaving) and proceeded to call security. I told him to leave and he started to yell at me. Told me I was making one of his nurses uncomfortable.(Taylor Smith). Well miss smith was more than happy with me when told her I was buying Roses for all the nurses on the floor and especially excited when I told her I had a special gift for her. Text messages do confirm this. The nurses on the floor were very appreciative for me showing my appreciation. Even Miss Taylor Smith sent me a very Appreciative text. Then on my last day she accused me of being a Stalker. A complete turn around in less than 24hrs. Men especially, please beware of this nurse, she’ll except complements,flip her hair and smile, then make you look like a freak to cover hers a**.But dropping my five ⭐ rating because a Nasty Dr and a Nurse who plays games, not right to those who did their job without drama and lies. The rest of the nurses and techs,were spectacular. I am truly sorry that I had to call out this nurse. She did get me through my first few days,and did Appreciate my gestures,but I did nothing to her to be accused of any wrong doing. Now I want an in person apology from all Who were involved in this. Or I will sue.
