I brought in my Off-White Nike Blazer’s to get cleaned because I couldn’t find any other shoe cleaner that would touch these because they have 5 different materials. I was told that they would probably be able to make them 70% better from the condition that they were in, which I was very okay with since I did wear them a lot and they were pretty beat up. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back 2 weeks later to find that they were a lot more than 70% better they looked pretty new. The customer service is also top of the line, they are very friendly and knowledgeable in there and made my experience super easy and quick. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that needs any type of shoe or sneaker cleaned and I will definitely be going back there in the future 10 out of 10.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother. “I usually never write reviews, but I felt I had to make an exception. I’ve been going to this shop since the 90s, bringing jackets, boots, etc, and I was always impressed by the job that was done. I had a couple of jackets I needed to get done, but kept putting it off. Then covid came and I put it off again. Then finally a couple weeks ago I decided to go and I was saddened to learn that the dad had passed away during covid. He was such a nice man and was so gifted at his job. Rest In Peace, you are truly missed. The wife told me that the son had taken over the business and I was a bit skeptical about leaving my stuff, but I decided to take the chance. I’m glad I did because when I got my jacket back, the work was impeccable. And I was happy to give him another jacket to get done. The reason for my writing this review is because the mom told me they are thinking about closing the store, so I wanted previous and new customers to know that we miss the dad, but the son is also good at his job and we want them to stay in business. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took my new handbag to Sandy’s shoe repair to ask if they can add a zipper with a pocket (it didn’t have one). They told me exactly what they would do and were very professional and honest. They exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable.
