I have been coming here for a couple of years and I always have a great experience. The staff is very nice and Karen Chao, is great at what she does and she works fast. She is very attentive to what your eyes need in order to be healthy. They also have many glasses to choose from. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Chao is most personable. At the same time she is efficient and skilled.The office staff is always friendly. If something needs to be fixed on my glasses, her staff fixes it as a walk-in.We’ve been going there since way before she took over the practice from Dr Severtson 20+ years ago. A smooth transition. We trust her.

Friendly staff, great service, and making a reservation was a breeze. I had a very positive experience with my Optometrist Dr. Karen Chao. You can always tell quickly when someone really enjoys what they do. It was quickly apparent that the standards for this eye exam were clearly higher than any others that I had prior. I really appreciate Dr. Chao’s thoroughness and patience. I walked away really having a better overall understanding of my eye health. I will recommend to my wife, family and friends!
