In over 21 1/2 years service as an Active Duty Chief Petty Officer and 20 Years Federal Service my Customer Service experience at the NEX 32nd Street Main Exchange San Diego was as good as it can get! Mr. James, the NEX Store Manager and team of professionals went above and beyond to assist me. The professionalism and willingness for Management/ Staff to go above and beyond was extremely appreciate and most noteworthy. They stood behind me every step of the way and I received constant communication from Mr. James to ensure that the issue was resolved satisfactory and I was extremely happy! Getting on base lately has been a big challenge, even during the week. But, once you get through the gate I’m grateful for this place. I am able to complete most of my family shopping needs here.Looking at new furniture for our home. There are also great entertainment choices of TV, computer and stereo equipment. Best part is NO taxes and you don’t get asked about paying for the bags to carry out your purchases in.
