On May 15, 2021 my wife and I went to the Samsung Experience store at the Houston Galleria, and it was quite the experience.Both Joseph and Benjamin were the greatest knowledgeable and respectful Samsung representatives. They were extremely patient with all our questions, and if they didn’t have the answer – they went and found out for us. They knew how to operate the models that we were interested in and never once said I don’t know how to do that. If the rest of the team is has good as these 2, it’s no wonder that this store is so busy. In our opinion, Joseph and Benjamin went above and beyond. Great job!

We had an appointment to fix the phone and we told them what service is needed. Appointment was delayed and when they saw us they told us had to check if they have the parts available! Almost an hour wait then they told us they don’t have the parts! Over an hour waste for nothing! Very very terrible service! On the day when we made an appointment they confirmed they had it available for us! What kind of service is that? Very very bad experience!
