Continually updating lines of new products, clothing, etc. Small important changes make it nicer for the customer. For example, exiting there is a tape on a pedestal dividing the exit in two exit lines. What is helpful is a sign saying two lines. Seems like a simple deal but clarifies what to expect and creates a better sense of order.We lost an item on Wednesday, checked everyday and yesterday was finally asked to leave a name. Got a phone call today an item matching item lost was found. We went in was directed to the return items desk where we asked for the manager. Matthew identified himself as the manager, made a call and an employee brought our item. Very courteous and efficient handling. And this is on a busy Sunday afternoon. Hats off to the employees.

The store was nice and clean. There were different products that were available that my usual store does not carry, so it was nice to see the difference. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back when I am in the area of Fullerton.

Good shopping experience and check out was easy. Parking always seems to be a hassle and their gas lines are long. Also, I had to make a return after my purchase and their customer service line had at least 12 people in it; yet, only two employees helping.
