Sam’s is always a good experience. The only downside usually for me is when leaving going through receipt checkout. Lately there has only been 1 person working that and have waited a few times more than 5 minutes just to leave post checkout. Those were busier times however, possible covid related staffing issues. Not sure…

I often shop here and have my interesting interactions with a few employees. But today I was very pleasantly surprised to have been helped by a friendly, kind and considerate associate who went above and beyond to help me find an item. Kudos and a grand shout out to Oscar. Sam’s has a terrific associate! I have been a member for a while and can say I am very impressed with his level of service!
