The staff there is really friendly. The store itself looked horrible. The manager’s need to learn how to merchandise better. They available product was poor and the prices are much higher then other Sam’s. I have been to 6 Sam’s in a 200 mile radius and this store is 2 dollar higher on average

Always love shopping at Sams. We got a buggy full of stuff and went to check out, and it said that my card had expired like a week earlier. I got frustrated and went to the member information or Services desk, and they hooked me right up. Everyone was extremely nice. I don’t know why my card had expired, because I am a associate and have my membership fees taken out of my paycheck every two weeks. It looks like someone would have notified me before my card expired, but they didn’t. But it’s all good. Enjoyed this shopping experience very much.
